Product Recall
 
As a certification body, the Bureau de normalisation du Québec may need to take measures to recall product lots. The misuse of the mark of conformity and detection of a risk in using a product justify a recall.

The aim of a recall is to remove a product from the market, stop its distribution and use and have products that have already been delivered returned by the manufacturer.
