To contribute to Québec’s economic and social development through joint action with corporate, industrial, social and government stakeholders to find solutions to their needs through the development of standards and certification programs.

The BNQ resorts to internationally recognized work methods to encourage innovation, improve the quality of products, processes and services, and contribute to their marketability worldwide.
